About Returns
You can exchange the product that you have purchased from Luxury at Less. For the reasons like defective/wrong/damaged product received, please contact support within 7 days of delivery for a exchange, as long as it is unused and in a good condition.
In case of purchase of any electronic goods, If the product doesn't work at the time of delivery and you inform us the same day of the product being delivered, We will provide you with the replacement of that product within 7 business days from the date we receive your return.
If there is any issue related to the size in clothing & shoes then you can contact the customer support for the size replacement in the same article.
NOTE -
Buyer cannot return the product due to quality related reasons.
If you have ordered the maximum size available in clothing and shoes and you need a bigger size in replacement then it can’t be returned or replaced.
Essential products Like Face Mask and Sanitizers are non returnable products.
Returns and replacements are not allowed for accessories.
There is no return/replacement or refund for clearance sale articles.
*Notice: Underwear and Swimwear are not allowed to be returned.
*You are responsible for return shipping fees, and you need to return it by courier. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition as it was received, and must be returned in the original packaging.
